Amber Chicken

This recipe does well whether it’s using chicken or butterflied turkey breasts. Either one is amazing. It’s a very warm, autumnal taste.

Amber Chicken

4 boneless butterflied chicken breasts
1/2 cup coarse mustard
1/3 cup real maple syrup
1 tablespoon cornstarch (or 1 tsp arrowroot starch)


Coat slow cooker with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place chicken in crockpot. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
