All Day Mince and Tatties

This is a comfort food dish. Bland and meant to make you warm and full when you feel tired.

All Day Mince and Tatties

2 lb ground beef
2 small onions, minced
4 lb potatoes, chunked
1 ½ tbsp. lemon juice
1 ½ c baby peas
1 ½ c diced carrots
4 c beef broth
seasoning to taste

Brown the beef and onions, then toss in a crock pot. Toss all but the cornstarch in afterwards and cook on high for 4 hours (low for eight). When ready, thicken with a slurry of cornstarch and water at little at a time until your desired thickness.
