Parmesan Spinach Dip

Yummy, yummy, yummy. Not exactly low fat or I’d put this on everything.

Parmesan Spinach Dip

10 oz chopped spinach
½ c sour cream
¾ c gf Greek yogurt
½ c grated parmesan
1 clove garlic, minced
1 ½ c shredded mozzarella
1 pinch fresh pepper

Combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined. Place ingredients in a slow cooker on high, stirring occasionally. Once dip is hot, you can set the cooker on warm while serving.
