Blueberry Coconut Water Smoothie

Sports drinks are dangerously high in salt and sugars. It’s better to make your own. This is also wonderful for replenishing fluids when sick.

Blueberry Coconut Water Smoothie

Ingredients
11 oz coconut water (sub water with a pinch of sea salt)
½ c ice
¾ c frozen blueberries
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp agave syrup (or maple syrup for FODMAP)
